Seit ich in Vietnam bin, seit 1 ½ Jahren, habe ich Probleme mit meine Magen. Mehrere Kliniken in Hanoi und auch in Deutschland diagnostizierten dies als nicht schlimm, aber unangenehm und nicht heilbar.
Dies führte mich nun durch Zufall zu einem Heiler. Mit der Öffnung zu mir selbst und das Infragestellen der meisten Dinge im Leben die normal als unmöglich, quatsch oder Humbug angesehen werden, wollte ich nun Dinge ausprobieren die die Grenzen des Verstehens sprengen. Ich möchte wieder Kind sein, ein Kind was seine eigene Welt entdeckt! Denn wer hat das recht mir meine Welt zu diktieren, mir zu sagen das gibt es oder das gibt es nicht, klar ist es in manchen Dingen so dass die Allgemeinheit recht hat, aber in einigen eben nicht und die gilt es für mich neu zu entdecken und zu erforschen.
Über den Heiler sagte man mir, es sei ein Placeboeffekt, klingt erst mal plausibel. Man sagte die Heilende Energie des Weltraums, helle Macht, allumfassende Macht oder Gottesenergie, wie man sie auch nennen mag, ich nenne sie Liebe. Ich denke sie hilft mir, die Liebe hilft mir nicht nur bei der Suche nach mir selbst, sondern auch auf dem Weg meiner Gesundheit. Sie ist für mich die Stimme meines Herzens geworden die ich fühle, erst schwach und Stück für Stück immer mehr und mehr. Ich kann mir vorstellen das der angebliche Placeboeffekt des Heilers, ob wahr oder nicht, mir doch ein Stück meiner Kindheit schenken kann, mir schenken kann Grenzen zu überschreiten, offener zu werden, wieder Kind zu sein.
Ich fuhr also mit drei Freunden, einem Direktor, einem Fahrer und meinem Freund Loan etwa eine Stunde zu dem Haus des Heilers. Vor seinem Haus war reges Treiben, nicht durch den Andrang der Menschen, sondern durch den Bau einer Pagode. Denn der Heiler nimmt kein Geld sondern Spenden, von Spenden lässt er für all die Kranken Menschen eine Pagode bauen.
Ich hatte die Gelegenheit den Heiler kennenzulernen, es war für mich erstaunlich denn ich hatte mit einem alten weißhaarigen Mann gerechnet. Doch er war 27 Jahre und kam in einer Jogginghose und einem T Shirt bekleidet zu unserem Gespräch.
Wir setzten uns also zusammen an einen Tisch und unterhielten uns über seine Erfahrungen. Er erzählte das es nicht möglich ist alle Krankheiten zu heilen, das die Einstellung der Menschen mit am wichtigsten ist und die Energie die sie umgiebt. Er sagte dass es wichtig ist welche Energie uns umgibt, dass wir selbst verantwortlich sind für unsere Energie. Das wir es selbst in der Hand haben die positive Energie anzuziehen wenn wir ein positives Leben führen. Wenn wir mit den Menschen liebevoll umgehen, sie und die Natur wertschätzen, lieber geben als zu nehmen, lieber im positiven wandeln und uns von den negativen fernhalten.
All dies war mir nicht neu, aber auf dem Weg auf dem ich mich gerade befinde passte es genau in mein Bild. Ich denke und habe die Erfahrungen gemacht das positives zu positivem kommt, das Gutes Gutes anzieht, das du dein Umfeld positiv gestalten kannst, das du die Macht hast im positiven Fluss zu leben. In allen von uns steckt diese Macht, die Macht der eigenen Entscheidung, die Macht der Entscheidung positiv, also im Guten zu leben oder eben nicht.
Dies meinte er wäre eine Grundvoraussetzung um mit seiner Energie heilen zu können. Dies bedeutet das du diese Energie in dir selbst hast und du mit deiner Energie seine verstärkst.
Na ja, da saß ich nun bei diesem Heiler, saß dort mitten in Zentral Vietnam umringt von etwa 50 Patienten die viel schlimmer dran waren als ich. Ich sah ihre Angst in den Gesichtern, die Angst vor dem was passieren wird, die Angst vor ihrer Krankheit und ich fragte mich, kann ich mit dieser Angst das Gute sehen oder ziehe ich damit das Schlechte an und hindere ich mich dann nicht selbst an meiner Heilung?
Die meisten hatten Krebs und wurden von der modernen Medizin abgeschrieben. Sie kamen aus ganz Vietnam, aus dem Norden Hanoi 350km, Zentral Vietnam Hue 300km, Saigon im Süden 1200km und Natürlich aus Ha Tinh. Ich saß also dort mit all den Menschen, in hock Position, dicht gedrängt vor dem Stuhl auf dem Er saß.
Er erzählt wie wichtig es ist durch positive Energie gesund zu werden. Wie wichtig es ist ein guter Mensch zu sein, zu Geben und dadurch wieder zu bekommen. Wie wichtig es ist sich seinen Körper, seine Gedanken, sein Tun im Einklang zu halten. Nicht nur das gute, oder Positive zu fühlen, sondern es ganz zu sein. Alles positive, dein Verhalten, dein Denken, dein du selbst auszurichten auf das wahre und Gute. Auf das die Liebe, so wie ich es nenne, die allmächtige Energie die jedem von uns zu Verfügung stehe, dich positiv verändert. Er meint, sie heilt fast alles, Krankheit, Ängste, den Dämonen aus deiner Vergangenheit, usw. In diesem Moment ist mir klar geworden, basierend auf den Dingen die wir aus unserem Sichtfeld verdrängt haben, dass es doch so viel mehr gibt als die Hand die wir vor Augen sehen. Dass es so viel mehr gibt was wir aber vergessen haben, weil Menschen uns sagten das es dies nicht gibt, das es dies nicht gibt weil wir es nicht sehen oder begreifen können. Also schob ich diese Hand bei Seite und versuchte in das Unbekannte zu blicken, in das helle leuchtende licht was ich dahinter vermute.
Der Heile rief nun die Menschen einzeln nach vorn, nach vorn an seinen Tisch um ihnen tief in die Augen zu sehen, um ihre Geschichte zu hören, um sie zu fühlen und zu erleben. Er fühlte die Menschen, er begab sich auf eine Basis, eine Schwingung mit ihnen. Vor allem hörte er ihnen zu, er fühlte mit ihnen und gab ihnen das Gefühl in guten Händen zu sein. Basierend auf ihren Erzählungen, seinen Gefühlen und den Erfahrungen die er in seiner Ausbildung als Naturmediziner erlangte, stellte er jedem individuell eine Mixtur aus allen möglichen Medizinpflanzen zu Verfügung.
Nun war ich an der Reihe, mit einem etwas komischen Gefühl vor 50 Menschen meine Krankengeschichte zu erzählen, erklärte ich ihm was mir fehlte. Er schaute mich mit einem Blick an den ich schlecht beschreiben kann, einem Blick der mir in dem Moment sagte, nicht unbedingt das er mich heilen würde, sondern das ich mit meiner Denkweise neu zu fühlen und zu sehen auf dem richtigen weg bin. Er fühlte mich also und begann die Kräutermedizin meiner Krankheit entsprechend zusammen zu stellen.
Er bestückte mehrere Zeitungspapierhälften mit verschiedensten Wurzeln, Blättern, Ästen und ähnlichem. Sorgfältig schnürte er drei Päckchen, eines für morgens, eines für mittags und eines für abends. Die Zubereitung soll in einer neuen Pfanne erfolgen, sagte er, die Medizin muss braun angebrannt werden, erst auf dem Feuer und danach auf dem Boden, verbunden mit dem Verrühren des Inhaltes. Nach Beendigung dieser Zeremonie sollte der Inhalt dann als Tee aufgegossen und vor jeder Mahlzeiten genommen werden.
Als er mir die Anwendung erklärt hatte, legte er seine Hände auf diese Medizin um sie zu energetisieren, er gab mir die Päckchen mit der Bemerkung das ich geheilt werde und er befahl mir diese niemals auf den Boden zu legen. Ich bedankte mich bei ihm und bahnte mir einen Weg durch die dichtgedrängte Menschenmenge. Kaum hatte ich die letzten Reihen der wartenden erreicht, fiel mein Medizinpäckchen, durch ein stolpern, im hohen Bogen auf den Boden. Ich dachte nur, nun ist die Energie weg, was nun? Der heiler blickte sichtlich amüsiert über meine Tolpatschichkeit herüber und gab mir die Anweisung ihm das Päckchen erneut zu geben um es noch mal zu energetisieren, was ich dann zum Schluss auch tat.
Meine Freunde ließen sich ebenfalls behandeln, der eine auf Unfruchtbarkeit und der andere auf Leberprobleme. Nach dem dies geschehen war, mit einem liebevollen zurufen des Heilers für eine Guten Genesung, verließen wir das Geschehen.
Ich habe keine Ahnung ob es mir hilft, ob ich daran glauben soll, ob es ein Scharlatan ist oder nicht. Doch ich werde dieses Experiment machen, ich werde offen sein für neues um zu erfahren wie es Wirkt, was es mir bringt, was es für mich bedeutet dort gewesen zu sein.
Ihr werdet hier auf meinem Blog den weiteren Verlauf erfahren, den Verlauf einer vielleicht ungewöhnlichen Behandlung, einer Behandlung die eventuell zum Erfolg führt.
Die östliche Medizin in Vietnam: Dông Y
Die traditionelle Östliche Medizin in Vietnam, Dông Y, besteht aus ganzheitlichen Heilmethoden, die vor der Verbreitung der allopathischen europäischen Medizin im 20. Jahrhundert in ganz Vietnam angewandt wurde und während der französischen Kolonialzeit von der Oberschicht vernachlässigt, aber nach 1945 in Nord-Vietnam und seit 1976 in Süd-Vietnam wieder entdeckt wurde.
Wie alle traditionelle Medizin der Welt trennt die Dông Y den Menschen nicht von der Natur. Ihre Grundlage ist nämlich die Wechselbeziehung zwischen dem Makrokosmos, also der Natur, und dem Mikrokosmos, dem Menschen. Der Mensch ist eine untrennbare Einheit von Körper und Seele.
Die östliche Medizin Dông Y in Vietnam besteht aus der “Süd-Medizin” (thuôc Nam), die die eigentliche traditionelle vietnamesische Medizin ist, und der “Nordmedizin” (thuôc Bac), der traditionellen chinesischen bzw. der Sino-vietnamesischen Medizin. Vietnam ist das Land im Süden im Vergleich zu China, dem Land im Norden, daher diese Benennung. Die beiden Medizinen werden in Vietnam unter dem Begriff “Dông Y” (östliche Medizin) zusammengefaßt, da China und Vietnam im Osten liegen, im Vergleich zu Europa, zum Westen.
I Thuôc Bac: Die Nord-Medizin, die Traditionelle Chinesische Medizin in Vietnam
Ich möchte bezugnehmen auf die vielen Bücher über die Traditionelle Chinesische Medizin, die bereits auf dem Markt existieren. Wir brauchen sie hier nicht ausführlich zu erörtern.
Wir müssen jedoch betonen, dass der Übergang zwischen der thuôc Bac und thuôc Nam, also zwischen der Traditionellen Chinesischen und der Traditionellen Vietnamesischen Medizin, fließend ist. Beide werden zusammen angewandt, meist ergänzend. Ein guter Mediziner beherrscht in Vietnam beide Künste.
II Thuôc Nam, thuôc dân tôc, Süd-Medizin, Volksmedizin oder die traditionelle vietnamesische Medizin
Da unser Land zwischen China und Indien liegt, wird unsere Kultur, also auch unsere Medizin von diesen Großmächten stark beeinflußt. Vietnam mit seiner 4000 jährigen Existenz kennt 1000 Jahre chinesische Unterwerfung und über 80 Jahre französische Kolonialzeit .
Die Einzigartigkeit des vietnamesischen Volkes ist die Fähigkeit, fremde Kulturen bzw. Kenntnisse fremder Länder zu assimilieren, sie aber so zu verändern und meistens so zu vervollkommnen, dass die ursprünglichen Kenntnisse oder Werke nicht mehr zu erkennen sind! Alles wird “vietnamenisiert”, so dass das vietnamesische Volk optimalen Nutzen daraus ziehen kann.
Die Thuôc Nam stammt aus den Kenntnissen der Heilkünste des Volkes “Kinh – Viêt” und der anderen 53 verschiedenen Völkergruppen, die Vietnam bevölkern.
Wie bei der TCM ist das Ziel der Thuôc Nam, ein harmonisches Gleichgewicht der Lebensenergien- auf vietnamesisch khi-, zu erlangen beziehungsweise Mangel- oder Füllzustände auszugleichen.
Grundlage für eine Therapie ist eine gründliche Diagnostik.
Der Luong Y, der traditionelle Arzt, fragt sich zuerst, ob es sich um eine
Yin-oder Yang-Erkrankung, dann um eine
Kälte-oder Hitze-Erkrankung, dann um eine
Leer-oder Fülle Erkrankung, und schließlich um eine
Tiefe-oder Oberflächen-Erkrankung handelt.
Dafür benutzt er vier diagnostische Verfahren: Befragen, Riechen und Hören, Betrachten, Betasten.
Er fragt z.B. nach den Lebensgewohnheiten sowie nach Umgang mit Emotionen.
Er sucht nach auffallendem Geruch der Körperausdünstungen. Er hört wie der Patient hustet, atmet oder spricht.
Er betrachtet das gesamte Aussehen des Patienten. Eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit widmet er der Betrachtung der “Zungenqualität”.
Er fühlt verschiedene Pulsqualitäten an unterschiedlichen Körperbereichen. Ausserdem fühlt er, wie bestimmte Punkte im Körper, z.B die MU-Punkte, auf unterschiedlicher Tastenstärke reagieren bzw. sich anfühlen.
Manche Mediziner bevorzugen die Körperpulse: Um die Leberenergie z.B. zu bestimmen, tasten wir den Punkt Ngu Ly (Le 10) im Scarpaschen Dreieck über der Arteria femoralis. Bei einer Frau bevorzugen wir aber den Punkt Thai Xung (Le 3) über der Arteria dorsalis.
Aus der Vielzahl von Symptomen stellt er dann eine Diagnose und legt die Behandlung fest. Innerhalb einer Therapie können verschiedene Behandlungstechniken angewandt werden:
Die Diätetik und Qi Gong (khi công, hôi sinh phap), sind Bestandteil der traditionellen Medizin und machen circa 10% – 20% der Behandlung aus. Das sind Methoden, mit denen sich der Patient täglich allein helfen kann.
Die Akupunktur, die Moxibustion und die Tui Na Massage machen circa 10% – 20% der Therapie aus, und werden vom Arzt bzw. Therapeuten durchgeführt . Die Moxa-Therapie wurde bereits in Vietnam im 3. Jahrhundert vor Christus, unter der Herrschaft des Königs An Duong Vuong der Dynastie der Thuc, also vor der chinesischen Herrschaft in Vietnam, angewandt (gemäß dem “Linh Nam chich quai” von Vu Quynh und Kieu Phu, 15. Jahrhundert). Vergessen wir nicht zu erwähnen, dass die Moxa auch in Ägypten und in Indien zu dieser Zeit praktiziert wurde.
Bei der Kräuterbehandlung, circa 60% – 70% in der traditionellen Heilkunde, trennt sich die Thuôc Nam von der Thuôc Bac: Der vietnamesische Arzt behandelt den Patienten mit Kräutern, die in Vietnam wachsen, die “hoa giai” sind angepasst an das vietnamesische Klima und den Menschen.
Die häufige Zubereitung der asiatischen Arzneien ist das Dekokt ( Abkochung ) .
